I need your help. my daughter drives a 2001 Mercedes e320 wagon. the other day it posted a malfunction-"battery/alternator-see shop" I tested the alternator charge and it was 13.7 with full vehical electrical load. then later while my wife drove it it suddenly lost all electrical power to dash and stayed in low trans sdeed range that got her home. what do you think is going on?
