OK, turned the ignition switch to the on position five times with the main ignition wire removed so that oil pressure could come up without starting. I figured as long as the car had been sitting, bringing up oil pressure prior to a live start would be important. I reattached the ignition cut-out wire and she started right up! Let it run for a few minutes then revved it up and got out and checked for fuel leaks by the fuel pump/filter assembly NO LEAKS WERE OBSERVED, SUCCESS!!!!!

For now, I'm going to start on the brake job because that is going to take some time to complete while I wait on the proper hoses to arrive for the fuel filter/pump assembly.
