Srvices.. on dealer.. special oakland mercedes area

Hello All.

Here .. the experience .. I got. when I bring my E320 to the Oakland dealer in California to do the service on the 10,000 miles..

1. They did not put new oil filter on my E320 Engine.
2. The oil they put on not mobil one.. and the level not right
on the dipstich.

So .. anybody bring the car upthere.. better watching them.

Would like to share something I know.. Reason I know. Because I did change oil and put the new oil filter every 4000 miles.. and I mark the one I changed.. Before I bring over that dealer..
