Well I just completed another item on the ol' maintenance list. The "rear silencer" was rusting through at the pipe/muffler interface and was time to say 'adios' to what appears to be the original. Doubt the new after-market brand (Bosal) will render anywhere near the 20 years of service as the one it replaces!

Pretty simple job and I was surprised that the clamp bolt/nut came apart by wrenching it after I soaked it with PB Blaster for a little while. I did get a new clamp from the dealership but I could have used the old one however, it was a bit rusty
