Unhappy 722.9 Torque converter drain plug?

On my 06 164 I was tearing out the 722.9 valve body and noticed the fluid looked ugly so I wanted to drain the torque converter.
I pulled up WIS AR27.20-P-0200-3R for the vin on this car and it shows a procedure for draining the converter on this 722.9,but there is no plug? what a bummer I really wanted to get that fluid out of there.
any other procedure to get all the fluid out?(without pulling trans!)
