What is the REAL deal? I did a search and some people recommended replace them and others recommended rebuilt them. I have a small leak (it brakes fine, so far) in the left rear caliper in my car. I am not sure which way I should go. However, calipers are not cheap, rebuilt kits are. The MB manual mentions something like "check the rubber seal in the calipers if damaged, replace seal". I am also planning to change the brake hoses and change the brake fluid at the same time. Which way should I go? and should rebuilt/replace both rear calipers at the same time?
TIA
