I must be missing something simple.

I read several times what the info on how to change the motor mounts from the DIY section. I have the exact part number match from the Pelican parts order section. Yet, with the motor as high as it will go (it contacts the bottom of the firewall) it seems that the new motor mount is about 1/2" too tall to slide under the motor mount arm to install it.

What am I missing?
