2001 E430 W210 Chassis AC Blower Motor Install - Help!

Hello Peaches,

My AC blower motor has stopped working on the 2001 E430 W210 chassis sedan. I have the replacement part in hand. I did a search on this forum looking for a tutorial or a clue how to remove/reinstall without luck.

Anyone know if someone has already created a thread that has details of the procedure? Or can someone tell me how to get to the blower motor?

Thank you in advance!

Jeffrey

By replacement part I'm assuming you mean the blower motor? If so you might want to check power/ground before you take anything apart. I've seen more regulators than motors fail

Texas in mid August without air conditioning is no fun.

I installed the blower motor and the AC system is working perfectly. The torx screws use the #20 bit. Someone doing a search will want to know that someday. It is also helpful if you are a contortionist. The working space in the passenger foot well under the dash is tight.
