98 C230 Rattling

Im getting close to having this car to as perfect as it gets. Im going crazy over here. Just cant figure out the source of the noise. It starts when I am driving 5 mPH and gets louder as I get to 20 MPH. Gets a little quieter at 30MPH. There is a rattling sound coming from the front right passenger side engine area. Or below engine, I just cant tell because it doesn't do it when it's standing still. What could this be? My other problem was wheel bearings. I changed the wheel bearings in the front due to a different noise when turing there was a loud rattling sound. It got quieter after tI changed the wheel bearing but still there when I turn right. So I have 2 problems listed.

1. Rattling/Wobbling Sound from front right side engine area.
2. Rattling noise when I turn right and right only. new bearings installed 2 days ago to see if this will fix it..it didn't.

Thank you!

The vacuum reservoir is located in the right fender behind the wheel. It might have come loose. Remove the plastic fender liner to get access to it.
