A Couple Error Codes on my new '07 V6 C230

Hello, I just got my first car, a 2007 C230 V6. The engine light came on the other day, so I got an ODBII scan and bought Torque pro on my phone, and the error codes P0022, P1805, P0276, P2767, P2768, and U3FFF popped up. For $80 I could get 4 A2720510177 Engine Camshaft Adjuster Magnets, or I could get 1 of them for $30. It looks like that would fix codes P0022 and P0276. What else do I need? Thanks! Pandather

That should be it for the solenoid codes. http://benzbits.com/m272/CamshaftSolenoid.pdf

P1805 could be the intake manifold switchover valve - not sure.

The other two codes, P2767 and 8 are tranny related. I think they are speed sensor codes, and the usual fix is a new conductor plate.
