Stuck caliper if burned friction material smell is present while hot (you will know it if it's there). Rebuild/replace with new. New pads on both sides when doing this along with checking rotors.

Also check condition of brake hoses which deteriorate and may reduce passage of brake fluid. If hoses are old replace both right and left side.

Bad Brake Caliper

It's just a Bad Brake Caliper, Just get a new one, Very easy job to do, You will also need a new set of brake pads, Just unbolt the caliper, Remove the brake line and remove caliper, Install new caliper, Brake pads and brake line then bled the caliper and done.

Make sure the parking brake isn't hung up. If it's ok make sure you replace the hose as well as the caliper....
