turn signal problems and asr

So, the front right signal light will not work regularly on the 95 s320. Sometimes it works, and some times it doesn't. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason for that. The marker light works, and the set from the other side that works is doing the same thing. The on dash 'light out' light doesn't come on. The lights just flash rapidly while the signal light is on. It doesn't come on when the hazard lights are on either. Any ideas on what else to check??

Also, the ASR has been kicking in when the car is cold. I'm not sure on a solid temperature, but seems to happen most often when below freezing. Other than that, the ASR doesn't kick in. On cold days when it does and the car goes into limp home mode, I restart the car after having driven a mile or 3, and it operates normally for the rest of the time that it's warm... If I park it long enough for it to get cold, it'll redo the warm up procedure and go into limp home mode till warm, I restart, and it acts normally again...

I don't know if these 2 problems are connected which is why I mentioned both at the same time. The turn signal is the most worrying at this time. I do not know if the engine wiring harness has been replaced on this car. I do believe that it has though...

Found the signal light problem. It was a broken wire inside the plug. I couldn't see it because it was hanging together by the jacket...
