ya I cleaned everything. let it run. before I cleaned it I got underneath and from the top was scouring everything with my fingers and a flash light. Its defiantly not the head gasket or what ever is sealing the injection pump. The whole side of the block is clean. there is oil on the side of the injection pump but its looks like its from oil being sprayed from the fan shroud. I think the problem is the vacuum pump itself the top is clean but and so is the gasket but it looks like from the cover on the front its leaking. I remember when I had it off to replace the gasket the cover was on really poorly and looked like someone had messed with it. I checked to see if the seal was good and it was. cleaned everything and hammer the clips into place to make sure it was secure, but it looks as if that is where the oil is coming from and blowing all over the place. So not really a hard fix but not a cheap one if I decide to get a new one. I will try to source a used one maybe. I have one off of an om601 that came out of a parts car but the it looks like water got in because whoever took the engine apart left a bunch of things exposed. So I don't really want to use that one.
I'm just glad its not the head gasket. Thanks for your guys' help. Ill keep you updated if this is culprit once I replace it.
