Hi all

I noticed only cold air coming out of my vents (1989 560SEL) in the dead of winter, heat control unit turned all the way up to max. I suspect the vacuum pods controlling the flaps. Everything else works. Any ideas? Where do I get the rubber diaphragm inserts if I redo the pods? It would seem a bit steep and wasteful to replace all of the pods in their entirety. Thanks for any insights.
