I read that you can buy just a replacement diaphram for your vaccum pump rather that replace the whole pump (many $$$). Does anyone know where I can buy one? And am I doing any damage to my car while driving it in the mean time (other than it not shutting down properly)?

I have seen oil enter the vacuum system through the vac pump and cause damage. I would replace the whole pump because the check valves also fail.
