560 Timing Chain

Considering a 1987 560. Has under 60,000 miles original, excellent shape.

Should I be worried about having timing chain/guides done? Does it need to be done due to age?

Thumbs up

Documented under 60k?

I would just do the guides then check cam timing while in there.

The car is 30 years old, EVERYTHING rubber is suspect.
