no dust brake pads?

Everyone knows that mercedes is no stranger to brake dust. I saw these mintex pads from bekkers that are suppose to cut down on the brake dust from ruining your wheels. Has anyone tried these pads or similiar ones?

Mintex are just hard pads, rather like ATE pads, and yes they do produce less dust. They're made in the UK I believe, and the company has a relationship with Textar. Mintex pads are particularly popular with the ML crowd.

I got the Textar from Partsshop (this site). They produce about 5% of the brake dust as the previous pads. (JOY!) They seem to have the same "Bite" as the old pads. I mention this because I have used metallic pads on my Alfa for autocrossing - they EAT the rotors but also produce less dust than "softer"pads; however they have much less braking action until they are hot. These Textar pads seem to have the same braking action cold or hot therefore they are PROBABLY not eating my rotors. I WILL let youse know!!
