Might be buying a Euro w123 gasser, need some tips

Hey gents,

After losing my beloved w123 coffee mug, I've somehow managed to stumble upon a beautiful w123 gasser here in the UK.

Here's a link to the ebay sale.
1985 Mercedes 230E Auto W123 Classic White Blue Texhigh Spec Lovely Drive MOT | eBay

I'm talking to the owner and potentially may negotiate a trade with my current 2006 gen 2 prius. I'd be driving out to Bristol to check the car.

I'm pretty good at spotting issues on these cars with my experience on the w123 diesels (rust, cj joints, etc) . But what about the gassers? What are some things I should look towards related to the engine? How's the fuel economy on these bad boys?
