replace spark plug ML320

I have a 199 ml320. The check engine light came on. I had the error read at a auto parts store. It indicated a misfire in the number three valve. So it could be the wire, plugs or coil. Which is the number three valve? Is it located on the passenger side close to the fire wall or front. I believe the driver side plugs are 4, 5, and 6. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Passenger's side near firewall.

Not a chance.

It's the MAF sensor.
