Uro Reimbursement

I was able to get the company to reimburse my purchase of another center bearing (not theirs). They were really accommodating. They at first offered me a replacement part, but I declined that offer, then they offered me a refund.... I had to remind them that the part was only $9.00 , so they offered to pay me for my time and inconvenience, but I declined that also and asked that they just reimburse me for a new order. All in all, a lesson learned, good thing nothing was damaged during the failure.

This is what happens when you use inferior quality on critical components.-uro.jpg
