Is this a safe jacking point for 2000 ML

I attached a pic of my 2000 ML looking from the back. I have used that square cross bream as a jacking point. As you can see from the pic on the left it is attacked to the ladder frame frame. This is one of the two (the other is one a little forward) breams that the rear wish-bone suspension arms is attached as a pivot point.

You folks think that will be safe. Just want to make sure. Want to have a good feeling working on my car over the holidays.
