I am looking at convertibles. The 2006-09 Clks and 210-12 e350 convertibles look good to me. I am worried about the low profile tires on the e350. Also can anyone advise me on the reliability of the top hydraulics. HELP

the only affordable quality built car right now is a Mazda 626.Timing chain,cast iron engine,real transmission.

so far so good as far as roof reliability goes, we'll see how they hold up a few years from now.........low profile wheels/tires??? Lots of bent rims and sidewall bubbles in my experience

Watch out for the balance shaft sprocket disintegration issue on the M272 3,5 litre engine from 2006-2007 (lawsuit against Mercedes-Benz). Check the VIN to verify whether the engine is included in the class action.
