Has this car had this problem as long as you have owned it or has it developed recently?
If it has been there all along, sometimes when working in the console the connectors come apart and the leads fall out. Is it possible that the terminals are in the wrong cavities in the connector(s)?

the issue started a few months ago with the driver rear window only but has since moved to both windows. also, i changed out the passenger switch today and the issue remains.
