One issue with this is that you're only using 2-channels of the built-in amp, so you're only using half the available power. If you don't hear any distortion at the levels you listen to, it's not a big deal, but you're giving up 3dB of clean output on a stereo in a noisy car environment.

20W per channel, same as the factory radio. It should be no worse than the Becker in this regard.
