Car had been running great, but one day simply refused to start. Fuel is present at injector pump and at each injector.
At the same time, I discovered that the vacuum system no longer operated the door locks. Is there a connection? |

The vac. system probably isn't the problem...Check the glow system, if it's the old style and the glow plugs are wired in sequence, none will work if one is bad.

The only other thing is either timming of one sort or another (cam or injection pump timming) or fuel contamination. I have seen gasoline put in these engines and they didn't like it.
