2008 clk brake codes

There seems to be choices for brake pads depending on sport or non sport editions. Where do I find these codes?

You need the data card, but I can’t tell you where it is on your particular car. This site describes how you can get the info form other sites: http://www.mercedesmedic.com/decode/

Amazing in five minutes I found out my car has a p90 951 sport suspension. It listed all the options my car came with. Thanks.
