Need A/C High & Low Side PSI Ranges / 84 190E
After blowing up the original equipment while topping off my AC yesterday, I am taking another run at it once I get the new parts.
I was up to about 200 psi High side & 25ish Low side when it blew. Normally these are not considered high. What are the acceptable ranges for high & low according to the Benz bible? Hint: car uses 2.2lbs of r-12 freon. Thanks folks!

Dubious Haynes Manual Specs
A reliable source form the 'Rennlist' website gave me the following specs on AC psi ranges:
1984 thru 1986 190 series: 24 to 34 230 to 275 and 1977 thru 1979 450SL/SLC: 22 200 1977 thru 1982 230, 240D: 28 to 30 265 1977 All except above: 22 205 1983 240D: 10 to 30 160 to 320 1981 thru 1986 all except above: 22 265 While my contact is reliable, I'm not so sure about the Haynes specs. I have seen some wild discrepancies over the years between them and factory manuals. But I'm not here to bash , just to clarify. Can anyone confirm these #'s, particulary the 84 190E? Thanks in advance!
