I have an E63 AMG Model WDB211 built March 2008.
The Dynamic seats stopped functioning.

I removed the Dynamic Seat Pump. The entire electrical motor within the pump had self destructed.

I purchased a second hand Dynamic Seat Pump from a 2010 -2103 W221 S550, S600 or S63 with a number noted 0008005648

The pump is a Bosch 0 132 006 417 and also has
Mercedes Benz LU A000 800 56 48 ZGS 001
HW A000 800 57 48 ZGS 001
FW A000 902 47 04

The second hand Dynamic Pump operates perfectly out of the car.

When I install the pump it does not operate.

The local Mercedes dealer has connected into the car and reset the error codes however cannot get the pump to operate.

Does anyone know if the Car needs to be re-coded to accept this part or if this part is not compatible with the car.

I find it hard to imaging that Bosch or Mercedes have changed the controls for this system when the parts look and connect identically.

The pumps have 4 air tubes coming out of them.

The blue and green tubes go to the reservoir. I have applied pressure to the reservoir and it has no leaks.
The grey tube is only short with an air filter on the end. I assume this is the air intake for the system.
The red tube goes towards the front of the car and I assume it is the seat supply air.
Does anyone know how you can check if there are any leaks in the red supply air line, the seats and inflatable bags within the seats.
