95 e320 codes

pin 8 keeps giving me 25 and 33 blinks. i cant seem to fix them. can anyone help me out?

updated harness and throttle actuator
new o2 sensor, cam sensor, copper Bosch non resistor plugs, engine coolant temp sens, ovp relay

is there anything else that would trigger a cam sensor code? maybe the magnetic cam adjuster?

then with code 33..also a cam related code. what do i have to do to eliminate some fault possibilities?

the car starts beautiful everytime, buttery smooth idle, the only thing is that it lacks low end power till about 3000 rpm. i have another w124 with about 300k miles that pulls hard from idle so i can tell that something is wrong. i got a hunch that the po owner had this apart and didnt set the magnetic cam timing properly

would a cam adjuster not set give me a 25 and 33 code?
