Changeover valve fuse?

My changeover valve is not receiving power and neither is my LED diagnostic port. I can't even get any codes because I can't see what the blinks are. Is there a fuse to this somewhere? Any relation to the 2 both not receiving power? Also noticed that starting up seems sluggish. Not the cranking, just seems like it takes a minute to even out the idle.

This is the part that is not getting power: 0015408697

RESOLVED

It was one of the fuses on top of the OVP.
