190e 2.3 trailer hitch and trailer

I have a 190e 2.3 with a new hitch and trailer. It pulls the emptly trailer fine but what I am worried about is if I have people in the back seat, stuff in the trunk and stuff on the trailer that the back end will bottom out or be so low that the trailer hitch bottoms out.
I figure the thing to do is somehow raise the rear end of the car a bit. what is the easiest cheapest way to do this?

I have found that a trailer, a full back seat, and a ful car top carrier will really drag down a 190E. The least expensive remedy I've found is to put some of those twisty nut things in the coil springs. It makes for a little stiffer ride, but the tail end doesn't drag on the ground.
