300D Turbo question (valves)

Thank Gents for your advice on my feeler gauges. Now I'm ready to adjust the valves. Now just to be sure I would like to get pointers on the actual adjustment, I have done the first intake and exhaust but its difficault to tell when the came lobe is in the right position,so I don't know if what I did will get me the desired results.

Thanks in advanced
Roboman

I adjust them with the lobe 180 degrees away from the contact point.
