Correct placement of the shifter rod from the floor shifter to the Lever Range Select

Because of the flexi disc failure, the shifter rod was tangled behind the output flange. I bought replacement floor shifter, shifter rod and the Lever Range Selector. I have no idea as to exact placement for the shifter rod connecting from the floor shifter to the Lever Range Selector. To make it easier on everyone who see this post, I enclosed several pictures of different setups of the floor shifter, shifter rod and the gear selector. Can anyone tell me what is the correct placement of the shifter rod from the floor shifter to the Lever Range Selector by looking at the pictures and letting me know which one? Thanks to all for reading this post.
