190E 2.3-16 Disconnected idle air control vacuum line??

Hi folks,

Was wondering if anyone with a 1986 2.3-16 could tell me where this disconnected vacuum line goes (if anywhere)? I think this is one of the idle air control valve vacuum lines and it's got this small tube coming from its side.

I was checking for vacuum leaks that might be causing high NOx values when I failed CA smog last week and was surprised to see this open to atmosphere.

In the parts catalog I have, it's not clear if this is supposed to be connected somewhere else, and I haven't found the relevant info about vacuum hose connections to the idle air control valve.https://19216801.onl/ https://routerlogin.uno/https://192168ll.link/

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
