SOLVED: Cheap way to clear DTC Codes? 1999 w210 P0560 (Battery Voltage Off)

I have a:

P0560 System Voltage

code and took the car to autozoo to have the code cleared. Their reader didn't seem to want to erase the code.

I checked the battery voltage before starting and get 13 volts. With the car running I get 14 volts. So I think that's ok.The previous owner (just bought the car) said he bought a new battery right before I bought it. So there's a good chance there was a voltage issue recently. I now have a few hours of drive time (and about 30-40 starts) on the car since I've owned it and I figured it'd clear itself but no luck there.

Is there a way to erase this unnecessary code? I need a clear car to pass emissions unfortunately and this is stopping me from getting registration. It's my son's first vehicle.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Problem solved. I drove it about 3 more times (maybe 30 miles) and started it a few dozen more times and the CEL went off on its own.

Drove more and tested at O-Reilly's (their tester reads and clears emissions info on this car). Still not ready. Drove more and tested again... this time with the Harbor Freight Zurich ZR4 tester ($39.99 and surprisingly it works!) and readiness for EGR system now complete.
