94' E320 Coupe passenger window motor broken mount

Here's my problem and hope someone can guide me in the right direction.

This is my second window motor that did the same thing. One of the plastic mount where screw goes in broke off.

I wonder if I can fix this somehow or if there is an upgraded part with metal housing. Sometimes MB realizes they screwed up on load calculations and came up with a new part number.

Any chance any of you guys ran into the same issue? I know if I buy another one it will break in a year or so again, so a re-enforcement fix would be great.

The part number that I have is BOSCH-0130821293, but I think BOSCH-0130821325 also fits which translates to MB-1298207442. But search only returns plastic housings. I know there are metal housing ones out there too, like in this link, but not sure if this also fits.
