Electric connector parts?
I’m missing the cap on the turn signal harness on my 300SD. I think this allows the female pins to move a bit.
Does anyone know if these are available somewhere? I’d consider splicing in a new entire connector/harness, but the wiring seems fine…. Thanks!

had something like that on my sd. it was the starter connect in the dash. after a week getting wires hooked up, I used a hot glue gun, to hold every thing in place, and tape.

Was thinking along the same lines if the parts are unique or not really cheap.

Replacement plug bodies, sans pins, used to be available from the dealer. Have you checked with them?

Not yet. I need to get into an EPC and check part numbers too. Its worth the ask because I dont want wild goose chases. Hacking them off of junkyard cars is also an option.... not sure if that sort of stuff gets sold on ebay...

One other good option is to contact the Classic Center in Irvine, CA. Pelican Parts also has M-B resources. Those plugs were used on many different models.
