Service B is way overpriced, no?

Service B at my local dealer is listed at 599 and for the life of my I can't figure out why. I just bought a GLC and for whatever reason Service B wasn't done before selling to me. Why does brake fluid, oil change, and a cabin air filter need to be 600 bucks? Is there something else that is included besides those three things? Should I just take it to an independent mechanic for services? I'm coming from a BMW where the dealerships have much lower service costs https://19216811.cam/ https://1921681001.id/.
