Where does neutral safety switch connect on '88 300E?

Hi All,

Had my transmission replaced last week, now (after a few days of working perfectly) the starter won't turn over. Battery is good.

Is there a neutral safety switch on a '88 300E?

Do wires from the harness plug into the switch? If so, where?
