Back like a bad penny
Hello all,
After about 15 years since my last Mercedes wagon, I have bought another one - a 2014 E350. 69K, one owner FL car. Replacing an '04 Volvo V70 that I gave to my mom, her car having been drowned by Hurricane Ian last week. Thankfully our only real loss, my house and her condo survived the storm just fine, despite being near the hard-hit areas. Dumb luck. I had been casually looking for one of these for a while, just serendipity that one in the right spec and color combo popped up just as I needed another car, rather than just wanted another car. Will keep a BMW 128i convertible company at my place in Florida. Need something that can haul stuff for projects! I'm sure I will have a few questions and will be doing a LOT of reading as I come up to speed on a car several generations newer than the last one I had. I had an '88 300TE and a '79 300TD in the past. I do as much as I can DIY on all my cars, so I am sure I will be investing in some diagnostic tools at some point. She's quite a looker, IMHO: ![]() Kevin Rhodes Port Charlotte, FL / Westbrook, ME |
