1989 r107 fuel hose and protective sleeve

Hi,
I need to replace the fuel hose to my distributor (not the steel barbed fittings) on my 1989 MB 560SL and I am not sure what type of hose and sleeve I should use. The hose is marked "COHNEN 370 08 00 1 5 88" and is roughly 1' long with a heat-shrink protective sleeve. The MB part no. for the complete assembly is: 107 470-37-75. Any ideas?
