I am reading that the old Stainless Injectors on my 79 450SEL may be corroded giving it less than ideal performance, it idles rough and is sluggish on takeoff, etc..., the solution is brass injectors, is 106.00 each a reasonable price?

Why not go with new factory injectors, they are $26.00 each?

Believe it or not, this is what I was quoted at my local MB dealer. So much for low markup!! Where can I get them for 26.00?

If your car is a 116033 chassis car, the engine "should" be a 117986, the part number for the injector you want is 000-078-56-23
Mercedes Benz "suggested" list on that part is $26.00 each. If you can't find a local dealer, call me at 1-800-338-7487, ask for Paula in Parts, I'll be glad to ship them to you. GOOD LUCK!!!!
