W211 Shift Interlock Wiring
My W211 (2007) shifter locks in park and I need to trip the release lever to get it out. No codes or dash warnings and the dash correctly displays the gear. Before I tear out the shifter control module, I woul like to test to see if the solenoid is blown or if there is another problem, BUT I need a wiring diagram for the shift interlock circuit. The ETM does not have this and I can not find one anywhere. I have already done the obvious (fuses, brake light switch, etc.).
Does someone have the wiring diagram that they would be willing to share? |

You probably have a stuck plunger for the park lock in the shifter.
