ASD Differential Rebuild Resources

Hey folks. Looking to rebuild an ASD system including the differential, and wondering if anyone has any resources like a Factory Service Manual or other forum posts. I've searched the internet and found most of what's easily available online, but thought to check if anyone had info.

General info is appreciated, but more specifically looking to understand how the width of the pressure disk is determined (#42 in the diagram attached), because it looks like there are widths available ranging from 2.8-4.0mm.

Thank you all
Roland

Responding to my own request. I thought I had scoured the internet, but found some documents in the w124performance.com archive. Such a great resource.

Also learned from reading the manual that the width of the #42 disk mentioned in my previous post is determined by measuring rotational torque of the side spider gear...which sounds like a PITA to set up.

Wanted to update in case any one in the future is looking to do the same as me.
