Question heating problem

Hello everyone,

I am French and my car is European.

I have a heating problem on my class C 320, W204, from January 2008 automatic transmission, which I have been using for 8 years.

Here is my VIN: WDD2040221F095934

I will explain my problem to you, when I set the hot temperature to the maximum, AC light off or not, the blower works well but there is no hot air only cold air.

For indication, the engine temperature is stable at 90°C, and always at the same value, no engine heating problem, the water level in the expansion tank does not move and finally the air conditioning works very well, in case where it is a link, that's it for any necessary clarifications.

I have already done the coolant replacement with a complete and thorough cleaning with several flushes of the cooling system, but the problem persists, it must probably be a failure of a solenoid valve or a temperature sensor, basically I think it's an electronic problem.

But I don't know where the different elements making up the heating system are located and I don't know in what order.

I specify that I use a translator and this can sometimes alter the meaning of a phase.

Thank you in advance for any help you may have.

Olivier.
