Angry Where In The Heck Is The Oil Filter?

I just got ready to change the oil on my new (to me) '84 380 SL (the timing chain has been upgraded I just found out), but I don't know where the oil filter is. I'm used to doing diesels so PLEASE help me out here!

Also, I've had the tires balanced 3 times in the last week and the weights keep coming off. Is there a solution?
