Sunroof Won't Close - Est $ 1987 300E W124

I have a 300E 87. I believe the cable that closes the sunroof broke. I am able to pull/push the roof closed with my hands which is why I think the cable broke. Luckily, I think the motor is fine.

My question is how much labor and parts should I expect from my local MB repair shop (MB Motors - Fairfax, VA)? 1-3 hours?
