1979 450sl fuel issue

Hey, I've been gathering info on the forum but having trouble searching with the bar on mobile. I only have 12v at my fuel pump with the wire unplugged by the fuel distributor. Whats the switch called and is it a simple replacement? Also shout out to frank reiner for getting me this far from a 2015 post. All file uploads failed.

12v at the pump with the afm switch unplugged is normal. plug it back on and the power is off.

it's the rollover switch. the car is on it's top, the flap opens and the switch cuts power to the pump. was used on a lot of kjet cars in the 70s and 80s ferraris, nice for testing fuel pressure.

never seen one fail.
