I think I'm in over my head

I will have to take off the steering wheel to pull the cluster to change my burnt out bulbs in the cluster.

I don't think I will try this since I could see myself messing this one up.

How much do you think I would be charged at the dealership for this?

Could you please tell me your experiences?
