Not another oil confusion

Guys, I just need some advice on which oil weight to use.
I have a 1994 C280 with 91,000 miles.
Should I use 10W 30, 10w 40, or what?
I know I won't be using a synthetic oil & I will change it every 3000 mile while it's hot
